As former Starbucks coffee drinkers, we wanted to switch to a Canadian Brand. We sampled many coffees and settled on Kicking Horse Kick Ass. It's great - better than Starbucks! My only complaint, which is somewhat minor, is that it's difficult to find ground coffee in stores. Most stores only carry whole beans. I've been ordering online, which is easy and delivery is fast!

I've been using your products for a while now and enjoy the coffee beans as I like to grind my own. I had a bit of a problem a little while ago but it was resolved very quickly and efficiently by a gentleman named Rod. Many kudos to him for his attention to detail and to your Company for it's fine products. I'm sure your company will have much success in the future as long as you keep up your good standards and continue to improve your Customer Service. I also love that ad with the donkey & motorcycle!
