My husband and I are very aware that we're a little "precious" when it comes to coffee. We tried maybe a dozen different fairtrade/organic roasteries and Kicking Horse is tops for quality and price. Kick Ass is our brew of choice and every morning, without fail, one of us takes a sip and murmurs, "mmmgoodcoffee." Only once did we have a problem, and customer support was attentive, communicative, and quick to solve the issue.
