Delivery dissatisfaction

Hi, I live in rural Alberta and am a devoted 454 drinker (you can probably tell by my purchase history). However the last two deliveries had to be made to my parents house in Calgary (3hrs away) because something has changed with the online ordering and I can no longer get the coffee delivered to my PO Box (which previously I could). Other than that, everything has been great!
