I've been using your products for a while now and enjoy the coffee beans as I like to grind my own. I had a bit of a problem a little while ago but it was resolved very quickly and efficiently by a gentleman named Rod. Many kudos to him for his attention to detail and to your Company for it's fine products. I'm sure your company will have much success in the future as long as you keep up your good standards and continue to improve your Customer Service. I also love that ad with the donkey & motorcycle!

I love the coffee and have been buying for mnay years BUT! I use to have an Amazon subscription but they kept having stock issues and so would have none. I finally decided enough and thought buying direct from Kicking Horse would resolve that BUT my last order was cancelled, NO REASON! "Your order has been canceled
Order #C38726 was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has been refunded ." It would be nice if more attention was paid towards long-term customers and their subscriptions.
