After submitting my order, I realized that Google had put in the wrong address. I contacted you immediately and was told that there was nothing you could do. I didn't get a notice that my order had shipped until the next day. The order number is c38727. It got shipped to the wrong address. I have not received any update from you. I have made several orders from you and this is my first issue.

Smooth and Good

I love the coffee and have been buying for mnay years BUT! I use to have an Amazon subscription but they kept having stock issues and so would have none. I finally decided enough and thought buying direct from Kicking Horse would resolve that BUT my last order was cancelled, NO REASON! "Your order has been canceled
Order #C38726 was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has been refunded ." It would be nice if more attention was paid towards long-term customers and their subscriptions.
